Refund policy
If you change your mind, you can send items back to us within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund.
Items must be returned unopened, unused and in a resalable condition. We recommend that you return items using a tracked and signed for delivery service.
As long as the item you return is in a resalable condition, we will issue a refund less any promotions or discounts given in the original purchase transaction. Please note that we do not refund original delivery charges, or the return delivery cost incurred by the purchaser. Avanti Candles reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase value of the item(s) returned, should the product not be received in a resalable condition.
If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products to discuss this further. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, you must report this to us within 72 hours of receipt.
